I wanted to respond to your inquiry about the utility of the laser treatments our 12-year old border collie Skye has been receiving for the arthritis in his knees.  We believe there is a clear improvement in his mobility and his general ability to walk, play and to enjoy going for car rides.  His knees had been so troublesome that he no longer wanted to go for rides, long his true passion.  Now, he even seems to look forward to his visits to your office for treatment every three weeks and is not the least reluctant to go in.  There is visible relaxation as he receives the treatments and increased agility for long periods after the treatment.  Only on rare occasions do we use the arthritis medication he had been taking, such as when he overdoes playing.    I have a very positive opinion of the treatments and hope they continue to provide long term therapeutic relief for our dog.
